These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of purewaterok.com (the “Site”) and the free water test request service offered by Sweat Equity Enterprises LLC (“PureWaterOK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The service

PureWaterOK offers a free, no-obligation in-home water test for homeowners in Oklahoma. Submitting the form is a request for that test. It does not obligate you to buy anything, and it does not obligate us to provide a test to every requester (for example, if you are outside our service area).

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use the Site and request a test. By submitting the form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the owner or an authorized occupant of the property to be tested.

No obligation; informational results

The water test is provided free of charge with no purchase required. Any results, readings, or recommendations we provide are for general informational purposes only. They are not a certified laboratory analysis and are not a determination that your water is safe or unsafe for any particular use. For regulated or health-related concerns, consult a certified water-testing laboratory or your local health authority.

Text messaging program

If you opt in, PureWaterOK will contact you by call and text about your free water test and related offers.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop texts; reply HELP for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: submit false information or information that is not yours; interfere with or disrupt the Site; attempt to gain unauthorized access; or use the Site for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Sweat Equity Enterprises LLC and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site and service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any result or recommendation will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweat Equity Enterprises LLC and its owners, employees, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising out of your use of the Site or the water-test service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sweat Equity Enterprises LLC from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
